Traditional correctors physically pull your shoulders back, which can feel restrictive and does the work for your muscles. Straivo uses a smart angle sensor that vibrates when you slouch past 25°, so your body learns to hold good posture on its own.

Start with about 10 minutes a day and build up gradually to around 2 hours daily. It's designed for use while sitting or standing - please don't wear it while sleeping.

Straighten your back before switching it on, since that sets your upright position. If it's too sensitive, loosen the straps slightly; if it's not sensitive enough, tighten them a little.
